2 tbsp granulated sugar

1/4 tsp baking powder

Pinch of salt

3 tbsp milk (dairy or non-dairy)

1 tbsp vegetable oil (or melted butter)

1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Optional: 1 tbsp chocolate chips, 1 tsp peanut butter

In a microwave-safe mug, combine dry ingredients: flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

    Add wet ingredients: milk, oil, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
