Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 teaspoons matcha powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • A pinch of sea salt

Wet Ingredients:

  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons sweetener maple syrup, honey, or a low-carb substitute
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil melted

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your muffin tin.

    Mix Dry Ingredients in a bowl: almond flour, matcha powder, baking powder, and salt.

      Whisk Wet Ingredients in another bowl: eggs, sweetener, vanilla, and melted coconut oil.

        Combine Wet & Dry: Mix the wet ingredients into the dry, stirring gently. Add optional add-ins if desired.

          Scoop into Muffin Tin: Fill each cup 3/4 full with batter.

            Bake: Bake for 18-22 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

              Cool: Let the muffins cool in the tin for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
